Keep those workouts short, keep them fun, keep them engaging, change up the time, the type, and the tempo, and you’ll continue to make strides.
Filter
Build an environment in your home and in your body that kills disease, decreases inflammation, and restores health and vitality so you can continue to do the things you love. That means keeping your toxicity bucket low. In today’s world, you won’t escape it all. Do your best to keep the excess toxins out of your home, out of your daily life, and out of your body so that you don’t become one of the five out of six Americans to die of a chronic preventable disease.

Freedom
This is your choice as you commit to your health for the long term. This is crucial. Whether that be for you, your family, or your loved ones, that commitment will keep you going and give you the freedom to live the quality of life you want.
