Hi, my name is Noel. Like many people, I used to think chiropractic care was just for a quick fix when something hurt. I’d pop in for an adjustment every now and then and go on my way. I haven't had a migraine either, though I have felt them coming, I get an adjustment, follow the doctor's recommendations, and the headache starts fading to the background. My sleep has drastically improved as well. I'm no longer taking sleep or allergy medicine!
